3-Night minimum stays.

Bookings are secured by a 50% "non-refundable" deposit; balance due on arrival. 
This deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm the reservation.
Personal checks accepted. 
All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Weekly minimum stays and special rates apply for major holidays and some seasonal events.  Please inquire. 
Discounts for stays of more than seven days may be available--except for July & August and major holidays/events. 
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
*Low-Season: November through April.
*High-Season: May through October.
